SAN DIEGO - A crash backed up traffic on southbound state Route 163 near the south Interstate 5/Park Boulevard onramp Tuesday morning.
The crash was cleared at 6:58 a.m.
The incident was reported at 6:03 a.m. involving two vehicles. At 6:30 a.m., only one lane was open to traffic. 10News learned that traffic was backed up to Interstate 8.
Another crash was reported at 6:38 a.m. on SR-163 at the I-8 connector involving two vehicles.
Motorists should take I-5 or Interstate-805 as alternate routes.
