Thieves strike Rolando Park Elementary School; windows smashed, computers stolen

SAN DIEGO - Someone broke into several First Grade class rooms at Rolando Park Elementary School early Friday morning walking away with several desktop computers, police say.

The San Diego Police Department said burglar alarms were tripped around 1:30 a.m. from multiple locations on the campus along Racine Road.

When officers arrived, they discovered broken windows in several classrooms, and what appeared to be missing computers.

Students are currently on Christmas break. Classes are set to resume on Monday.
