JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. - A KFC worker has been fired after a photo went viral showing the young woman about lick a bowl full of mashed potatoes.
The incident occurred at a KFC in Johnson City, Tenn.
The Johnson City Press reports a KFC corporate spokesman says "nothing is more important" than food safety.
In an email to the paper, KFC says the photo stunt was done after the restaurant closed and none of the food was served.
The woman in the photo wasn't identified.
