SAN DIEGO - Authorities responded to the discovery of a suspicious device in the Tierrasanta area.
San Diego police said construction workers found the item near a fence near 10690 Escobar Drive shortly before 3 p.m.
According to police, members of the Metro Arson Strike Team responded and conducted an investigation.
As of 7 p.m., police have not revealed what the object was but said they have concluded their probe.
