LEMON GROVE, Calif. - A three-car collision involving two trucks and a car prompted a SigAlert on westbound state Route 94 at Lemon Grove Avenue.
The SigAlert was issued at 5 a.m. and was lifted by 5:30 a.m.
The crash happened at around 4:45 a.m. and blocked three lanes. One lane remained open.
Heartland Fire and Rescue crews were called to the scene.
