SAN DIEGO - The California Highway Patrol has lifted a SigAlert for state Route 163 northbound at Interstate 5 after a multi-vehicle crash blocked several lanes.

Officers say the crash involved at least two vehicles and that one has overturned, blocking one of the lanes.
