SAN DIEGO - A crash that slowed traffic on westbound Interstate 8 near College Avenue has been cleared.
The crash, involving at least four vehicles, was reported at 6:59 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
A Sig Alert was issued at 7:16 a.m. because at least three lanes were blocked.
The CHP cleared the Sig Alert at 8:30 a.m.
