Lanes reopened on north I-15 in Poway

POWAY, Calif. - Lanes reopened on north Interstate 15 near Poway Road after a multi-car crash Thursday.
The incident was reported at 5:03 a.m. CHP reported between eight to 15 cars were involved.
Two lanes were blocked and at least 3 people were taken to the hospital.
As of 7:28 a.m., traffic was backed up to Miramar Road, but lanes were reopened by 7:53 a.m.
10News learned that a car slammed into a stalled vehicle and it may have caused others to crash. Crews were called in to clean up oil that spilled onto the roadway.
