SAN DIEGO - Authorities have a canceled a Sig Alert for Highway 67 in Lakeside Friday, after two separate crashes blocked the northbound and southbound lanes.

Investigators said one of the wrecks occurred near Slaughterhouse Canyon Road, while the other happened near 1000 block of Rancho Del Oro.
Police said some injuries were reported.
