SAN MARCOS, Calif. - A missing at-risk man in San Marcos has been found, the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department said Friday evening.
Deputies said Mark Graber, 52, was found just after 9 p.m. when he walked to his home in Escondido.
He was reported missing around 1:30 p.m. when he was seen walking out of the Palomar Medical Center’s Intensive Outpatient Services near Vallecitos de Oro and Armorlite Drive.
Authorities said Graber has medical issues which put him at risk. It is unclear what his medical condition is or why he walked away.
The department's Search and Rescue team had a command post set up at Mission Sports Park at 955 Bailey Ct. in San Marcos to help in the search.
