Search underway for stabbing suspect in Lemon Grove

LEMON GROVE, Calif - Deputies are searching Thursday for a man suspected of stabbing his brother in Lemon Grove.

The San Diego Sheriff's Department received a report shortly after 1 a.m. about a fight between two brothers in the 2000 block of El Prado Avenue in Lemon Grove.

10News learned that one of the brothers was stabbed and taken to an area hospital. His current condition is unknown, but he is expected to survive, authorities said.

Deputies said they are looking for the victim's brother Daniel Griner.

He is described as a 19 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall with a thin build and has a tattoo of a marijuana leaf on is arm.
