SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - San Diego drivers may run into freeway closures depending on their commute this weekend.
Northbound and southbound Interstate 15 at the eastbound State Route 78 connector will be closed Saturday morning from 3 a.m. to 10 a.m., as crews work to repair highway signs.
Motorists will be detoured to westbound SR-78 to Nordahl Road, taking a left on Nordahl Rd. and left onto westbound SR-78.
The Northbound I-805 on-ramp at Home Avenue will be closed from 7 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday, to allow crews time and space to repair a damaged guardrail.
Orange construction signs will be in place to warn drivers of the closure.
Caltrans reminds drivers to drive slowly in construction zones on highways.
