San Diegans seeing little change in gas prices

SAN DIEGO - The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County dropped one-tenth of a cent Friday to $3.83, according to figures release overnight.

The average price is at its lowest level since Feb. 21.

It's 1 cent less than one week and 14.7 cents lower than one month ago, according to AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

It appears the drop in prices has slowed because the average price has not changed by more than one-tenth of a cent five in the past six days.
