Rollover crash in El Cajon sends motorist to hospital: Police searching for second driver

EL CAJON, Calif. - Police searched Wednesday for a driver who was involved in a crash in El Cajon.
The incident occurred on the Interstate 8 onramp just east of Mollison Ave.
California Highway Patrol officers said a truck and a white Honda Civic plowed into each other at about 3 a.m.
The crash caused the truck to be tossed on its side. The windshield of the Honda was shattered and the roof was ripped open. Emergency responders transported the driver of the truck to an area hospital. But emergency crews could not locate the second driver from the Honda Civic. A search was conducted on foot and by air.
