SAN DIEGO - San Diego Gas & Electric reported that more than 400 of its customers are without power Thursday as rain pummels the local area.
SDG&E said about 423 customers are affected by the outage in Bay Terraces, Encanto, Emerald Hills, Valencia Park, Lemon Grove, Paradise Hills and Skyline.
On its website, SDG&E said it is still assessing the outage to determine the cause.
