SAN DIEGO - Police said a gunman robbed a gas station in San Diego's Lake Murray neighborhood early Saturday morning.
San Diego police Officer David Stafford said the man was armed with a handgun when he entered the USA Gas station at 8787 Lake Murray Blvd. at around 12:50 a.m.
He brandished the gun and demanded cash from the clerk, which he took, then fled, Stafford said.
Police said the culprit was described as black, in his 30s, above average in height and 160 pounds. HE was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt and denim jeans.
