SAN DIEGO -

San Diego police on Saturday sought a man in his 20s who robbed a Church's Chicken restaurant.

The robber entered the eatery in the 500 block of Euclid Avenue at about 10:50 p.m. Friday, told employees he had a gun and demanded cash, San Diego police Officer Dino Delimitros said.

He got an undisclosed sum and ran out, Delimitros said, adding that the man was last seen headed west on Market Street.

The robber was described as a black man who was about 6 feet tall with a medium build. He was dressed in a gray hoodie, a red bandanna and blue jeans.
