A man is being sought by San Diego police on Sunday in connection with a stabbing that occurred on Saturday.

The stabbing occurred at about 9 a.m. Saturday on Imperial Avenue near 14th Street in East Village. Police said a 43-year-old woman was stabbed in the middle of her back by her boyfriend during an argument.Police identified the stabbing suspect as 39-year-old Eric Nunez, who fled and remains at large. The woman was transported to a hospital with two minor stab wounds.The San Diego Police Department's Central Division is investigating the incident.Copyright Do you have more information about this story?
