The shooting at Leo's Tire Shop at 4828 El Cajon Blvd. was reported at 8:10 p.m. Monday, according to San Diego police Officer Dino Delimitros.

Two men drove up to the business in a green Toyota pickup and asked to talk to the employee, Delimitros said in a statement. When the employee came out, an argument ensued and one of the two men in the truck fired several rounds at the employee, he said.

No one was struck in the gunfire but bullets pierced the building.

The two men then fled northbound in the truck, with the shooter in the passenger seat, Delimitros said.
