Two men told police they were standing in the parking lot of an apartment complex when a gray colored car pulled up with its lights off. The driver was going slowly and was on the wrong side of the street.
The men told police someone in the car fired at least three shots at a parked car and then in their direction. No one was hurt, but the car's windows were shattered.
