Police investigate Carlsbad stabbing: Victim showed up at hospital with stab wounds, police say

CARLSBAD, Calif - A man showed up at Tri-City Medical Center with stab wounds, and Carlsbad police tried Tuesday to determine who stabbed him.
Officers were called to the hospital at 11:08 p.m. Monday, according to Carlsbad police Sgt. Pete Pascual. Once there, they learned the man had suffered stab wounds to his leg, the sergeant said in a statement.
No other details were immediately released.
