The memorial at Seau's home was massive and the flow of fans has been nonstop. Police are trying to figure out how a burglar crawled through a doggy door in the garage and stole a bicycle without anyone noticing.Police said the incident occurred last Monday and that bicycle did not belong to the Chargers Hall of Famer.Nearby neighbors cannot believe it."I just think it's horrible someone would even break into someone's house after a tragedy like that," said Terra Ramirez.Sean Bailey told 10News, "It's just pretty sick and disgusting, actually.""I've lived here three years just up the beach and I don't really feel like I have to lock my doors or my back door and I never really had a problem," said neighbor Art Choate.Oceanside city workers were reportedly going to maintain the memorial for the foreseeable future, but on Tuesday night, everything was gone.In its place was a moving truck. 10News saw movers packing up all of Seau's surfboards and belongings in his garage. Two of Seau's children were also at their late father's home on Tuesday night. They made several trips carrying belongings out of the home and into an SUV.On Wednesday, Oceanside police told 10News they recovered the bicycle, but did not offer any other details.Police said they are still searching for the suspected thief.Copyright Do you have more information about this story?
