OCEANSIDE, Calif - A man was arrested Sunday for allegedly stabbing an Oceanside nightclub bouncer earlier that morning. The incident occurred on the 500 block of Newport Avenue. According to San Diego police, the bouncer tried to disperse a crowd in front of the night club when a man suddenly stabbed him in the abdomen.

What caused the 26-year-old man to attack the bouncer is unclear, but the suspect was thrown out of the bar earlier that night. The bouncer is expected to recover from his injury.
