Police: 2 robbery suspects led officers on a chase from Mira Mesa to Mount Hope

SAN DIEGO - Police arrested two men suspected of robbing a storage facility Thursday after they led officers on a pursuit from Mira Mesa to San Diego's Mount Hope neighborhood.
The robbery was reported at 1:30 p.m. at a storage facility in the 9800 block of Pacific Heights Boulevard.
A police officer later spotted a car that was linked to the robbery and tried to pull it over near on Interstate 805 and Mira Mesa Boulevard.
The driver sped off and led officers on a chase on the freeway and through surface streets.
The pursuit, which reached speeds up to 90 miles per hour, ended at 41st and C streets in San Diego's Mount Hope neighborhood.
10News learned that the driver lost control of his car at the intersection, slammed into a parked vehicle and a fence.
The two suspects inside were not injured and police arrested them.
Police told 10News they found cash and guns in the car.
