MARTINEZ, Calif. -

The manager of a Northern California pizzeria is under arrest after police say he used a hidden video camera to record his co-workers in the restroom.

Martinez police arrested 31-year-old Jason Lassor, a manager at Papa Murphy's Pizza, on Jan. 18 after a female employee discovered the camera in the employee bathroom.

Det. Sgt. Glenn Walkup said Thursday that Lassor was taken into custody after admitting he hid the camera during his shifts and removed it when he left.

Police confiscated the camera and Lassor's computer equipment and booked him in the Contra Costa County Jail on suspicion of misdemeanor invasion of privacy and disorderly conduct.

Lassor, who could face additional charges, has been released and is awaiting a court date.
