SAN DIEGO - A vehicle struck and seriously injured a pedestrian at a Pacific Beach intersection Friday.
The accident at Fogg Street and Garnet Avenue was reported shortly before 5:30 p.m., according to San Diego police.
Paramedics took the victim to Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla for treatment of "major trauma," San Diego Police Department Officer Jadarric Davis said.
