MISSION VALLEY (KGTV) - 10News reporter Jennifer Delacruz was at Fashion Valley mall as Friday's heavy rains led to flooding in the parking lot.
Jennifer was at the scene after the parking had been closed, to prevent drivers from entering the area.
Police at the scene also kept drivers from entering the area.
Video captured the San Diego River running over the road, just before Friday's storm worsened.
No cars or individuals appeared to be trapped in the flooded road.
