San Diego County Animal Services officials are hoping to find the owner of a goat spotted running loose at a Spring Valley apartment complex.
Animal Services officials said officers captured the goat, which was wearing a blue nylon collar, on Wednesday.
The owner can claim the goat at the Animal Services facility on Bonita Road.
