SPRING VALLEY, Calif. - A dump truck overturned in Spring Valley Friday at Birch Street and Portola Avenue.
The accident was reported at 7:31 a.m.
The driver was not injured but fluids were leaking from the truck.
Crews cleared the debris by 9 a.m.
