San Diego Police are investigating a fatal stabbing in the Grantville neighborhood that left one person dead and another with minor injuries early Saturday morning.Officers responded to a fight in a shopping center on the 10400 block of Friars Road near Mission Gorge Road just before 12:30 a.m.Few details have been released at this point, and no motive is known yet.
