It's time to dig those holiday sweaters out of the closet for the Ugly Sweater Run in Liberty Station. The 5K kicks off at 11:00am at NTC Park.
You'll want to head to Seaport Village Saturday because Santa is in town. Santa will ditch his sleigh and arrive on watercraft. You can also pose with him on his surfboard. There are also street performers and live music throughout the day.
More than thirty different bands and artists are scheduled to play at the Town and Country Hotel during the 34th Annual Jazz Festival. Catch it Saturday from 9:00am to 11:00pm.
You can get a taste of some of the best chili in town at the SoNo Fest and Chili Cookoff. There's chili, food trucks, a beer and wine garden, holiday shopping and live music. Check it out along 32nd Street and Thorn Street at 11:00am.
It's that time of year, you can skate by the sea in Coronado. Sessions at the outdoor ice rink at Hotel Del are two hours long and cost $23 for adults and $18 for kids.
The San Diego Academy of Ballet is performing the Nutcracker at the California Center for the Arts in Escondido. Tickets starts at $17.
