Rollover crash reported on south I-15 at Balboa Ave

SAN DIEGO - A rollover crash slowed down traffic Tuesday on southbound I-15 at near the Balboa Avenue onramp.
The crash happened at 6:42 a.m. involving at least three vehicles.
Two lanes on the highway were blocked at 7:15 a.m.
One vehicle flipped over and one person was transported to the hospital.
It's unclear what injuries were sustained.
