MILWAUKEE - There are still lots of kids who write to the President of the United States or the vice president. But it's rare for them to get a personal response.
That's what happened to a 7-year-old student in the second grade at the Downtown Montessori Academy in Milwaukee.
He wrote veep Joe Biden with a suggestion for making the world a safer place. His suggestion: if guns shot chocolate bullets, no one would get hurt.
Biden wrote back -- and even agreed chocolate bullets would make life safer.
The VP added: "People love chocolate. You are a good boy, Joe Biden."
