Three people have come forward so far, including a 5-year-old boy.
Rivera was arrested in North Las Vegas on domestic charges, when he was behind bars- accusers began coming forward.
Victims said he was a master manipulator. A well dressed charmer who targeted poor people with health problems and no health insurance.
He was also a distributor for Omnilife Natural Supplements.
Riveras wife claims she was also a victim. She says Rivera operated on her and held her captive in their Las Vegas home. The fake doctor put chains on the doors and bars on the windows- creating his own makeshift medical facility.
