Khris St. Ives Dulay Lu Sentenced To 4 Years In Federal Prison

A man who gained unauthorized access to the names and personal identifying information of employees of a San Diego business and their family members, then used the stolen information to open credit cards in the victims' names, was sentenced on Monday to four years in federal prison.

Khris St. Ives Dulay Lu, 34, was convicted of credit card fraud and aggravated identity theft after being extradited from Japan to face charges.

According to court records, Lu used information stolen from a local San Diego business to open credit cards in approximately 90 victims' names and used those credit cards to purchase air, hotel and show ticket packages worth more than $249,000 from Travelocity.com.

He was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Roger Benitez.
