Man accused of exposing self to teens sought

Incident happened on Flanders Drive in Mira Mesa

SAN DIEGO - San Diego police are looking for a man suspected of exposing himself to two teenage girls in Mira Mesa.

According to police, two 17-year-old girls were walking home from school Thursday at about 2:50 p.m. near the 9000 block of Flanders Drive when a man sitting in a silver Jeep with all the windows down said "hello" to them.

The girls looked at him and saw that his pants were around his knees and he was masturbating, according to police.

Police said the man told the girls "Happy Halloweenie" as they ran away.

The man was described as white, with an average build, wearing a black fedora hat and dark blue long-sleeve, button-up shirt. He had blonde or light brown hair.

The vehicle he was in was described as a newer silver Jeep with black leather interior.
