SAN DIEGO - Lingering showers will end by Thursday afternoon but strong winds will continue to blow through the mountains and deserts of San Diego County Thursday, meteorologists said.
Fairer weather is expected for Friday and Saturday, though some wind and a slight chance of light showers is possible Saturday night into Sunday, according to the National Weather Service.
"Another trough of low pressure will move into the region Monday night, with more strong winds and a chance of showers," the agency said.
