FALLBROOK, Calif. (KGTV) - State and local leaders are warning fire victims they are at risk of getting scammed.
Two of their biggest concerns are unlicensed contractors and homeowner's not having workers compensation insurance.
Disaster victims are encouraged to call the Contractors State License Board Hotline: (800) 962-1125.
