A man involved in a sophisticated rental scam is headed to prison, 10News reported.

Anthony Zoccolillo and Robert Ramus were posting fake rental ads on the Craigslist Web site -- a scheme broken up by the 10News I-Team and San Diego police.

Zoccolillo was referred to as the "mastermind" by a judge and was sentenced to two years in prison.

For his part in the scheme, Ramus received probation.
