SAN DIEGO - A jackknifed big rig shut down a lane on north Interstate 15 near Friars Road Friday.
A Sig Alert was lifted by 8:30 a.m. According to California Highway Patrol dispatch, the crash between a semi-truck and a van was reported at 6:03 a.m. just south of Interstate 8.
Initial reports indicated that the truck jackknifed and blocked a few lanes.
As of 6:24, only one lane was shut down. The CHP reported that two other cars were involved.
It's unclear whether there were any injuries.
