SAN DIEGO - An investigation was under way Tuesday in Grant Hill, where a husband and wife in their 50s were struck and injured by a vehicle that sped off, police said.
The couple was struck in the intersection of 27th and K streets shortly before 6:30 p.m. Monday, according to San Diego police Officer Dino Delimitros.
The husband suffered a broken pelvis and his wife suffered minor injuries, Delimitros said in a statement.
