EL CAJON, Calif. - A preliminary hearing for a female teacher's aide accused of having sex with a 15-year-old male student was postponed Thursday until Oct. 2.

Chrystina Delrosario, 25, is charged with having unlawful sex with a minor at Reflections Central School, an educational program for juvenile offenders run by the county Office of Education on behalf of the county Probation Department.

Delrosario, who is free on $100,000 bail, allegedly had sex with the teen in a classroom on an afternoon in late June. La Mesa police arrested her on July 16, saying there was no immediate evidence of any other alleged episodes of illegal contact with the boy or any other juveniles.

Reflections Central School is located in La Mesa.

A judge will decide at the end of the preliminary hearing whether there's enough evidence to order Delrosario to stand trial.
