SAN DIEGO - Police were looking of a man who held a gas station clerk at knifepoint in Otay Mesa and demanded cash early Wednesday.
The robbery at the Arco gas station at 3724 Del Sol Blvd. was reported at 12:38 a.m., according to San Diego police Officer David Stafford.
The man approached a gas station attendant and demanded cash, then ran away with the money, Stafford said in a statement.
Police were looking for a Hispanic man in his early 30s, around 5 feet 3 and 170 pounds, with black hair. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black jeans, Stafford said.
