At least one person was stabbed and another arrested in connection with the fight, which broke out at 2400 S. Stage Coach Lane around 9 p.m. Saturday and involved 15-20 people, according to San Diego County sheriff's Sgt. David Pocklington.

The stabbing victim was taken to a hospital and is expected to be OK, Pocklington said.

The person in custody was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and for participating in a criminal street gang, he said.

"The investigation is ongoing and further arrests are possible," Pocklington said.

Witnesses to the fight were encouraged to contact the sheriff's substation in Fallbrook at (760) 451-3100 or San Diego County Crime Stoppers at (888) 580-8477.
