SAN DIEGO - The Carroll Canyon Road offramp from southbound Interstate 15 was closed for more than two hours early Tuesday after roughly 10 gallons of diesel fuel spilled from a tractor-trailer, authorities said.
The spill was reported at 4:06 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol, which said something punctured the vehicle's fuel tank. The closure was lifted around 6:20 a.m.
Crews reopened the offramp by 6:30 a.m.
