SAN DIEGO - An office building in Mission Valley was under four feet of water and was without power after a landscaping truck ruptured a fire hydrant Monday.
The incident was reported at 7:30 a.m. on Camino Del Rio South.
Water reportedly rushed into the Aero Fund Financial Plaza Building and its underground parking garage.
10News learned that power was also out in the entire building.
Office workers told 10News that the building's first floor was also flooded a few weeks ago when a pipe burst.
