Flash Flood Warning Issued For SD County

Warning To Last Until 3:15PM

A flash flood warning was issued Thursday afternoon for parts of San Diego County, according to the National Weather Service.

The NWS says the flash flood warning for east central San Diego County will last until 3:15 p.m. Thursday. Areas affected include Ocotillo Wells, Shelter Valley and Canebrake.

Additionally, 10News weathercaster Robert Santos is reporting thunderstorms in Campo, Borrego Springs, Pine Valley and the Palomar Mountain areas. A severe thunderstorm warning was issued and is expected to last until 1:15 p.m.

Authorities advise anyone in the area to move indoors.
