A fire damaged a vacant house in Rancho Bernardo Monday, but no one was injured.The blaze was reported shortly after 12:30 p.m. in a vacant home in the 13600 block of Avenida Suavidad, according to a San Diego Fire-Rescue Department dispatcher.The flames were in the office area of the house, she said.The cause of the blaze and a damage estimate were not immediately available.
