San Diegan snaps photos as proof

SAN DIEGO - Bob Filner's political life may be over, but it appears his personal life may be getting back on track after he was spotted in a San Francisco restaurant with his ex-fiancée Bronwyn Ingram.
San Diego realtor Vince Bayard told 10News he was "shocked" when he went into Café Claude on Saturday night and saw Filner and Ingram at a table.
Bayard described their body language as "chummy."
"They were just sitting a little too closely, smiling, laughing … It was definitely something that a couple would do as opposed to somebody who was having relationship issues," he said.
The photos are grainy and dark because Bayard did not want to use the flash on his iPhone. As soon as he snapped a couple of photos, Filner looked up.
"He caught me, and he just said, 'Really?' and I just smiled and walked on," Bayard said.
Ingram broke off her engagement to Filner days before sexual harassment accusations against him went public. Nearly 20 women came forward to say the former mayor kissed them, fondled them or made inappropriate comments. One of them, Irene McCormack Jackson, filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Filner and the city of San Diego. That claim has yet to be heard in court.
Ingram's attorney, Gloria Allred, emailed 10News late Monday, saying that Ingram and Filner are not back together and that Filner flew to San Francisco to apologize to Ingram, who was visiting her niece.
Allred says Ingram does not plan to see Filner again.
