ESCONDIDO, Calif. - A house fire in Escondido damaged power lines and displaced two adults and two children Wednesday.
Firefighters battled the blaze at 3:30 a.m. in the 1000 block of 15th Street.
According to the Escondido Fire Department, flames could be seen in the attic and the roof. The fire also caused power lines to fall onto a patrol car.
A crew with San Diego Gas and Electric were also called to the scene. It is unclear what sparked the blaze.
